The location and parking are excellent.
But still, it is Hannover's only 5 star Hotel. And this doesn't mean, what they think. Prices are great, but service is lacking, especially on check in. It's fine, but not special. For the price, it's ok.

Good, solid, traditional 5 star hotel in city center. Rooms in excellent condition, good pavement bar with nice daytime food. Breakfast was very chaotic, no-one appeared to be in charge, couldn't put in an order at the table had to go and find a waiter, wrong meals going to wrong tables, buffet empty at times, very poor. Mentioned this at checkout but they didn't seem to care either.
It's a great hotel! Great and clean spacious rooms. The service is excellent (Nicola and the team are very nice, flexible and patient). The emplacement is just perfect, nearby the opera! We will come back!
Elegant 5 star hotel w/ history, but room has been remodeled and is clean. Breakfast w/ charge of 29 euro is good especially you like the big bread.
